East from the bulky one of the Pratomagno and delimited to South West from the modest Mountains of the Chianti. L'
Arno it enters across "valley dell' Hell", a long throat today occuped from two artificial fields adjoining, exit on
the "Incisa throat". The valley of the Valdarno is divided between the Provinces of Arezzo and of Florence.
The section 'aretina' is widened until include l' wavy territory plowed by the Arno river, of left Ambra
tributary river of the greater Tuscan river.
